My wife and I recently visited a unique bookstore in Shenzhen, China. There were at least 10 other photographers at the store shooting it, and who can blame them. It was a fun place to explore, but for all the books they had, there were only four shelves of English books (aside from English learning books).
Pretty cool shop.
ReplyDeleteIt really is.
DeleteLooks like looking down a spiral staircase but the shelf through and figure at the end suggests it's a wrap around type thing. Most unusual.
ReplyDeleteYes, the orientation is normal. The books on the upper half of the shelves are just cardboard boxes, probably glued in place. It is trippy, but very cool.

ReplyDeleteA lot of work to make that - a great effect.
ReplyDeleteYes, and it certainly draws in people.
DeleteI would be standing there and shooting one photo after another. What a cool perspective. Thanks for sharing :)
ReplyDeleteI could have stayed longer as well.
