We were early at the festival, just when it opened. So not many people yet inside. good time to have a look around what was on offer.
All week the weather was becoming better and better and at the weekend we reached 30°C for the first time this year. For Belgium that is hot. A fresh cold mango smoothie went in my tummy very fast.
As you can see no people yet and the sun was burning away. In the evening there were much more people. It was a bit to far to stay late, we still had to drive back home.
Most food was Thai streetfood, what I love. Specially papayasalad, Very spicy ,sour and fresh, a real summerdish.
Now in 2 weeks time this festival is coming to my hometown of Antwerp, on walking distance from my home.
So I can spend much more time there and a lot more photos to take. Just hope the weaher is gonna be nice also.
