 We had a photoshoot today.

Ok, it wasn't a planned one, especially since the model is one that keeps getting on my nerves BIG time. But even so, one must admit that the model is rather cute and sometimes one must just let bygones be bygones and just click while the clicking is good.

      Thanks got lucky. I've seen so many of these similar types of photos out there, always thought they were composites.....now I got one of my own and it's not a composite, just sheer lucky, being in the right place at the right time. Btw....can't find anything that has potasium as the main food ingredient :(

      Skin on potatoes, dried fruits, leafy greens (not lettuce), lentils...to name a few
