Yesterday I encountered a statue of a man and a dog. The man was seated, reading a book, and the dog had his head in the man's lap. The faces of the two characters were well done, and I had to get pictures.
I didn't see an indication of who the sculptor was. I'm wishing now that I'd taken a shot of the full statue - then I could have tried Google Lens on it. But nope, I only took the two shots here.
They are really wonderful statues - and so are you images!
ReplyDeleteThanks, John!
DeleteAny idea who sculpted them? There are several statues in front of Scheels here that look very much like these.

DeleteJust wondering is there a background story to it? Great photos, Tom.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Nancy. The statue was in the elevator lobby of an office building, and I didn't notice any kind of plaque or sign with information about it.
DeleteNo worries, Tom. I was just being curious.
DeleteGreat expression on the faces. Likecthe way the dog is looking at you!
