Monday closeup, Pierre de Wissant

 For todays challenge I choose a closeup from a statue from August Rodin. It is called Pierre de Wissant and is one of the figures from " The citizans of Calais ". The statue stands for the inner battle of this person.

    Very nice contrast of colors - the fingertips and scalp make a nice image by themself.
