Just some impressions of the Royal museum of fine art in Antwerp.
You can walk a few days in it if you want to see it in depth,
I still have to go back for the modern part of the museum.
I like more the sculptures tha the paintings.
For the moment I am walking around with some analog cameras, so the workflow is much slower than digital.
Looks Like a Great Place, Nice Captures
ReplyDeleteIt is Tom
DeleteWhat an enjoyable way to spend some time - very well done!
ReplyDeleteSpecially on a cloudy day
DeleteReally, really nice captures. The deep intense black and white is growing on me. No, I am not giving up on color, yet, but this set really stands out .
ReplyDeleteIt is a taste that grows on you. I know you are a colojunkie
DeleteStriking shots ..... that hand and fingers!!!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd it even turned around.
DeleteThese are fantastic, Peter. Like Geoff, the hand and fingers really caught my attention. The shot just above the hand was lit perfectly. All of these are so good!
ReplyDeleteIt helped that the color was red. That turns in very good B&W photos
DeleteAre you developing and/or printing these yourself?
ReplyDeleteThese are taken digital. My films I bring to a lab. My wife would kill me if starting that at home. For printing I got a proffesional lab.
DeleteI understand about wives and darkrooms! Your comment about analog cameras and slow workflows led me to believe these were taken on film.
DeleteAnalog photos coming soon
