Sunday Nature - The Ultimate Destination

For us, Europeans, South Pacific islands are the most remote of all most remote places on our planet. This is Tanna, part of Vanuatu (or New Hebrides as this French-British condominium was once called). Mount Yasur (Creator of The Universe), its easily accessible caldera and awe inspiring fountains of lava are one of the highlights of my trip.

I have just started photoblogging “the old style”. Enjoy my pictures from Vanuatu! https://piotr.exposure.co/vanuatu

    2. Thanks a lot. It was really mesmerising and you are practically alone on top of the caldera. There are a couple of more pics from the volcano in my blog entry.

BTW: the view was great but the mattress in a simple local guest house was full of bed bugs. Itchy and yuckie

  2. Great to see your travel series back again Piotr! I did so enjoy them on the "other place". You really caught the beauty of the lovely and peaceful people in your portraits. Can't wait to see more of your wonderful stories! (Please check the box for "open this link in a new window" next time you insert a link - makes life a little easier for us senior citizens).

  3. I am SOOOOO HAPPY you have started blogging again. Always, always loved your blogged because your showed us something most of us never experienced. Thank you for sharing and please continue. I am going to back up John in his directive to add the "open this link in a new window", it makes returning to this site so much easier. Thank you again for starting to blog again...looking forward to more amazing photographs and "history" from you. 🧡🧡

  4. Thanks, Camellia. I liked photo blogging so much. Glad I found this exposure.co platform. It is very simple and user friendly, although I have learn its ins and outs. Happy to blog again even though most of my current posts are the ones I partially recovered from PB. Will try to fix the link-in-new-window thing.
