Thanks Camellia. The image was shot through an opaque plastic bottle with the bottom cut off to use as a cheap funnel! I used my cell phone as the cap end of the bottle easily fitted over the lens and the other end was held close over the rose. It's cropped a little as well. I tried some through a plastic pipe as well but preferred this image.
I like the softness of the background and color combined with the color of the flower. Not sure how you created this effect but it works well.
