 I was looking at the original shot in Photoscape X when I noticed an PS-X editing tool I'd never tried before:  "Bloom."  I wondered what that did, so I cranked up the Bloom all the way and it turned the grasses into fountains of light.  I added a bit of contrast, and voilà!, I had post-processed the image -- mostly by accident.

    I like that - I've used the bloom tool before, then laid some texture over it for some neat effects as well. PSX has some fun stuff in it, just like Smart Photo Editor.
