Actually, I was wrong. Something about that bothered me. It's a sycamore tree fruit - we had them all over Hot Springs growing up, especially the National Park area. There are dozens of little seeds inside the ball - not a nasty, spiny thing like the sweet gum. My bad!
Oh, it must be tiny and prickly??? A fruit? A soon-to-be flower?
ReplyDeleteGumball tree?
ReplyDeleteReally? kinda hurt in the mouth hahha
DeleteGood one Tom! Sweet gum ball - they look good now, but when hundreds hit the ground, not so much fun.
