If its anyone's thing I visited an old airfield yesterday that is now a country park along with a heritage centre related to the airfield that includes the original fire place from the officers mess, stained glass from the base RAF hospital a searchlight and other stuff of interest - possibly! DeleteWhile I am not a big fan of airplanes/airfields and their historical values, I do enjoy looking at photos. Enjoyed reading your blog and looking at the photos. Thanks for the share. My favorite photos are #1 and #2, especially #2, one can never go wrong with stained glass photos as far as I am concerned.😉
