River Walk

This past weekend I made an effort to cover a new area to me on the Ottawa River pathway system.  My walk gave me new views of the skyline, a "dinosaur", some nature and eventually a view of this year's rock sculpture installation by artist John Felice Ceprano.  Each year the installation gets swept away by ice and floods, and each year the artist designs a new installation.

  1. I enjoyed this a lot, Abigail! The rock sculptures are very cool, and having them "die" in the winter and be reborn in the spring makes them seem part of the nature. The final shot is really nice.

  2. What a great walk and exploration! I second what Tom said about the rock sculptures - quite unique, and I love river bridges, too.

  3. I take it the "dinosaur" was the Tomlinsonosaurus backhoeli.
