I love your people and places photos that really show the Athensness of Athens. An absolute delight to see these, rather than the usual postcard views. Really enjoyed looking at these. PS That's where I bought my backgammon board.
Thank you for your comment Geoff. I do enjoy these types of photographs, as you said it does show the "reality" of a location rather than iconic look. I did not buy a backgammon board there, (although I was tempted, they were dirt cheap) because I still have my dad's board which now is considered an antique since it is almost 75 years old, and of course has some sentimantal value.
