This week I attended a still life workshop where we set up a display and lit it with one strip light which we moved around. Our group of three was more interested in the light rather than changing the composition so the setup remained the same for all of our images. However I had fun in post cropping to different parts of the setup as I found that there was more than one image in the setup.
Experimentation the best part of photography and edits. For me the last photo really grabs my attention.

ReplyDeleteGood ones! You've inspired me to try experimenting with different angles on still lifes. It's interesting how some sort of reflection appears under the orange in the 4th & 5th images that wasn't there in the first two. Is that because of the direction of the light?
