Thanks! This is an old 1"square woman's watch that my nephew-in-law gave me in a bag of old watches and parts. He was for many years a jeweler and had these after he left the business. He told me that when a watch is serviced/cleaned, the jeweler scratches the date - the most prominent ones look like April 53 and April 65. Used a Tokina 100mm macro + 12 mm extension tube.
Very cool closeup (macro?) shots. It looks like that watch has a history. What is scratched on the back of it?
