Was it shot a bird park or was it wild - like it was perching on your wall or something?? Nice shot. I love them when they are showing off their feathers and they be quite aggressive. Or maybe I was an easy target as they could feel that I was a little apprehensive.
Ah, the dreaded peacock. Beautiful, but quite the nuisance. Aggressive, territorial, messy and exceptionally vocal and loud. Had one over 1/4 mile away when I lived in Charlotte...it started calling at 6am and didn't stop until late morning. Sounded like it was right next door!☺️
What a beautiful bird. There is an area here in Fort Pierce called Peacock District...I did a short blog on it last year. Same peacock seems to be residing there ....wintering here just like the rest of us snow birds 😉
