This tree isn't pretty now, but it's a feature on a walk I take often. It's big -- the horizontal part in the picture is 50-60 feet long, and the sloping part reaches upward at least 25 feet. Its size and shape make it portrait-worthy for me.
Yes, indeed, Tom, it is portait-worthy. I wouldn't have an idea on how to frame that shot but you did well!

DeleteAs I said on one of your other posts of scenes like this, I really identify and love this kind of image. Looks like the nature center and arboretum that I visit on a regular basis, including many large, downed trees and tangled Virginia creeper vines. Never gets old.☺️
ReplyDeleteYou're likely to see more images like this. One of my projects this year is to focus on appreciating the messy tangled vines instead of griping about them. We've got Amur honeysuckle vines the size of small trees.
