I know every family makes them different. There is pork, rice and a lot of garlic inside. Sometimes even glassnoodle. They have to be airdried before you fry them. The Thai name is Sai Khook Isan. Or Isan sausage.
Peter, please ask Mrs. Berckmans is it okay if we skipped the airdrying part and perhaps grilled it immediately? Great photo and recipe and would love to do try making it.

ReplyDeleteThey need to be dried a bit ,els there is to much fat. Look around in Bangkok, you gonna find them at the nightmarket
