It was a zoom effort at the Australian War Memorial in Canberra. They have a Last Post Ceremony at the end of each day with a commemorative story of one of their war dead. The Ceremony starts with a Piper's lament.
I had to study it for a minute...wasn't sure about his stance...looked like he had one leg over and one leg behind the concrete...which obviously would make for an extreemly unprofesional stance.
