It was a perfect situation to capture it, with the setting sun right around the corner like that. Photography teachers (such as Mr. Durham) emphasize the importance of getting out there and taking lots of pictures. One great reason to do that is that it gives you more situations where the universe plops a great photo opportunity right in front of you.
