Sorry! I was in a hurry to get to the doctor's office. Cold chopped salad with red bell peppers, green onions, carrots and salami - dressed with white balsamic, a little olive oil, S&P. The outside is some leftover pasta and chicken in a coconut cream curry sauce.☺️
