This is not ICM, but it mimics it. The day was incredibly windy (and has been for weeks), so that high ISO, stopped down aperture and slow shutter speed made for a soupcon of ICM like "agitation" and then I used one of my custom presets from ON1 AI Style Advisor to finish it (glow helps).
