      Thanks! I've been really tardy with the birds, partly because of the surgery but the weather has been so poor for so long.

    You seem to have a marvelous patio! Very nice shots. How long have the hummingbirds been back?

      Thanks Tom - all the container plants are surviving the monsoons so far. The hummers have been here for about a month, but in very small numbers. Usually, at this time, we have 6-12 with the first clutches soon to drop. As I've said to everyone, the lack of insects is probably the biggest factor - nectar is nice to fuel hunting, but they need protein to raise their brood. Too much spraying for mosquitos.☺️
