Neat shot, and I've got no clue what-all you did to it. The foreground looks like it was taken at night by streetlight, and the background seems super overexposed.
Thanks! It was a 1 sec. exposure, holding on the bench for 1/2 sec, then a bit of a "jiggle". The severe contrast comes from the shading under the canopy of the bench versus the bright light from the street behind the cabin, plus a vignette to soften the edges.
