Actually no reflections were harmed in the making of this photo. Maybe it looks that way because the focus is a little soft. I did this with a 55mm lens and a 1.5mm extension tube, handheld, and it's not as crisp as the folks on YouTube do it.
Really?! I studied it for a long time before I came up with the reflection idea because of the "underneath" leaves. Very nicely done. Thank that 12mm lens for an awesome job, because you know it's the equipment that makes the shot not the photographer 😉
