Inside the old factory in my neighbourhood. You can rent these spaces. It is for artists or hobbiest who want to create and need space. The idea is super and most units are gone already.
I just hope it can stay and the devolper and the city see the potential of this site. There is sport, art and a lot creativity going on inhere ,and for sure there is a need for it.
Many people come to visit, hope that the big money not takesover.
They made it 3 levels up inside the old factoryhall.
On one hand, it's sad to see small factories closing because the jobs disappear in the community too. On the other hand, it's good to see these spaces being used for creativity instead of being left empty.
