Peter, Peter once again you set out to puzzle me but....hubby helped me with this one (google also backed up hubby's explanation) 😁. Figured out where this was taken and what that "300" box it is pulling/pushing is. Very cool. Don't know if you know this or not but Tampa, Florida has set up a trolley or two in their downtown area as well for similar transport. But theirs is electrical and free.
I seem to be making a habit of this😄 If your sleuthing came up with Astoria then you get your detective badges first class. If not, see me later! No, not familiar with the Florida one, somewhere I haven't been as yet.
