I do not think that the island is man-made. I think there is more of that island at the bottom. 
If that does not work for today's theme, let me present the sea - it is the South China Sea.  All very very nature ;)

    Nice image. To me, if you squint a bit, the outline of the trees could almost be the UK coast, excluding Scotland.
