I like the duck (or whatever) but feel it could carry the picture on its own with the reflection and wake. Too much open water on the left. Just my opinion anyway.
I like the duck photo, too. Kind of agree about the water on the left. I would also crop it slightly but not all of it. I like "breathing space" - sorry , I don't how to explain that concept.
