Continuing on with the visit at the Castle of Sedan , France, after the walk-in and introduction and from well-lit place to a semi-lit area with candles, it was time to walk in the underground. It was dark but the presentation was a feast for the eyes!
See the people on the right? Just imagine that you are there and and you have to get down those stairs. Everything was in blue ... it seems you are surrounded by water. There was also the water sound effect, mirrors to enhance the place; and it felt slightly chilly, too. Bravo to the artistic director !! I was simply transported and feel that water was everywhere...
Oh look, let's pretend that we saw the Duke/ Prince and his bodyguard - also known as actor and employee - in the middle of the photo! It was not the time to fiddle with any tripod stand. So these photos were straight out of the camera with the usual edits.
So, we walked in the lighted path as indicated and there was always a guide somewhere. Perhaps to prevent tourists from having a scare as it was quite dark, to prevent mischief - one never knows- and most importantly to guide the tourists in case they were lost.
We then walked towards the lighted tunnel. Legend said the the lost sword was still hidden in the castle!
It was very well done, very creative and artistic and I had enjoyed myself.

DeleteLoving your commentaries. I enlarged each and they are all very nice captures. #2 especially stands out for me, it's got that "je ne sais quoi" air to it ๐
