Until Tom's comment I didn't realize Noti was the name of a town. I looked it up -- the Noti Pub is actually listed on TripAdvisor! Noti has a Wikipedia page, too: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Noti,_Oregon. The origin of the town name is really funny.
The town had some not very good history a millon years ago I need to find out what you found, the highway used to go thru it now the bypass misses the whole town you have to turn off the pypass and drive into town
