Monday Fill the Frame Part Deux

Now that the petals have opened more (day three), I can get better light - back, side and top - to reveal more detail. Also switched to 55mm @f36. Second image has a bit of red side light, just for giggles.

    Like the second one a bit more, just for the extra details. I think the perfect one lies somewhere between these two.

    Good ones! I guess I like the second one a little better, though I love the complex coloration of the petals in the first one.
