Wednesday Design: This photo was taken many years ago when I worked for our state government. This fountain was in front of our building and I grabbed this photo on one of my many early mornings. The sky was particularly pretty that morning and the fountain was lit so I tried a photo with my camera and got lucky. This photo was likely taken with a point and shoot from the early 2000's - so I didn't get good low light shots very often.
