We went walking today, just to take in the sun today.
I took the camera with me with my macrolens on it, thinking to shoot some springflowers.
At one point we saw something jumping over the path and again and one more. Litle frogs going from pool to pool to have some fun with the ladies.
Ofcourse with the macrolens I could not come close enough, they hopped away when I came close.
This fellow not he was having a rest in the sun on the middle of the path and I could come pretty close to him or her.
Can you spot the frog?
In fact we saw hunderds today and millions of eggs.
Lesson learned today, not walk in nature and leave your medium zoomlens at home.
Nice froggy portrait
ReplyDeleteA bit of a pozer
DeleteGood old times, frogs legs served in any reputable place in Brussels… oh, these business trips in 1990s - 2000s, very frequent and without daily expense limits… 🙂
ReplyDeleteWith a lot of garlic
DeleteSo many frogs!!!! I love it. I can appreciate your comment about walking with the wrong lens but at the same time wanting to shoot some macro flowers. Some how or another I always seem to run into that issue as well....wrong lens.
ReplyDeleteDecided to just take one lens, than this can happen
DeleteWell done Peter - I always take my long zoom out because I can get extreme close ups with it. And, I don't have to bend so far🤣
DeleteLesson learned, always take it with you
DeleteFantastic captures well done
ReplyDeleteThis one did not jump away. So I was lucky
