Almost Monochrome

A mural in Trier (Augusta Treverorum), a former Roman settlement and the oldest town in Germany. I pass by it every time I cycle towards France.

    1. You bet. Bicycle theft is a plague in Europe. That is why I bought one that is good enough for long trips but does not catch anyone’s eye… well, almost anyone’s.

    1. You’d better keep an eye on your bike in Europe. One second and it may be gone. The one I ride is nothing special, Yet, I am often asked in France to keep it in my hotel room for security reasons.

Funny, once I left my favourite Omega watch in the fitness Center in Saudi Arabia. It was there the following day. They asked me not to forget and fly out of the country without it.

    1. Thanks, John. I passed this mural by a good couple of times. Only on 4th May, it appeared to me she could keep an eye on my bicycle while I went to MacDonalds on the other side of the street.
