 The Fallen Tree

While I was walking in the park the other day I stopped to check out this fallen tree:

Because it looked interesting, and also because a group of teenagers walking twice my speed were about to collide with me from behind, I moved in closer to see what was going on.  It had some beautiful colors and designs.  Here are some of the things I saw.

    Excellent find and some really nice compositions - my favorite is the second of the close-ups because of the varied texture and coloration👏
