This is a picture of me being sneaky. My wife Sherri and I were having breakfast on the porch of a local coffee shop. Someone at the table behind me was talking non-stop; she sounded like a teenage girl, and her voice really carried. Sherri could see her, and said she was a grown woman, not a teenager. I needed proof, so I set my phone in selfie mode and held it out to the side to get a look at her. This shot was the result. Sherri was right about the woman, of course.
The photo would have disappeared into oblivion if my daughter hadn't seen it and said she liked the strong diagonal in it. I looked at it again and decided it wasn't so bad. So here it is! If you ever see that woman in a restaurant, don't sit near her.
Thanks for the warning. I agree with your daughter the diagonal does give it character, of course your presence also adds to it.
