As I cycled towards Kozjak Pass in Slovenia this morning, I noticed an old car converted to a truck-like thing parked on the side of the road. I had a chat with Christopher, its owner.
Chris converted a 1980s Polski Fiat 126 to a „Land Rower” (with a “w” to give it a more Polish feel) and is on a road trip around Central Europe and The Balkans. What an unexpected highlight of my cycling trip around Central Europe!

However, Chris told me he had a problem: he travels with a little trailer which obviously indicates he looks for camping in the wild. DeleteInteresting car/conversion. Looks like he is all set.
ReplyDeleteThat was really a cool encounter! Such people like Chris fill the world with positive energy.
