I wonder would I be included in the background in their photo?
The back story of this photo. There were about 3 people excluding myself waiting our turn to shoot this murale.
This gentleman posed, then reviewed the shot photo in his spouse's cellphone. I did not understood his language but it sounded like instructions on how to shoot as he was gesturing and tilting the phone here and there.
He posed front view, back view and side view. After each shot, review and gave instructions. Now this was going more than 10 minutes and I took the opportunity to shoot this photo.
I lingered because I was a busybody and watched what else would they do. Oh dear, when it was the spouse's turn, the whole scenario was repeated!!!
Everyone gave up and walked away!!!
Good Captures of people
ReplyDeleteThank you, Tom and Jovi.
DeleteI like both of these. The woman in the first picture is going to look at the image on her phone and wonder who is that mysterious figure in the background. The mural in the second one is amazing. In both of them you got photos of photos being taken, so does that make them meta-photos?
ReplyDeleteThank you. Tom. I google 'meta-photo' as I wasn't familiar with the word. Most probably if ever I had appeared in their photo - hopefully not - they would see someone with a camera glued on her face 😉
DeleteGreat shots...I love the mural, so realistic. I am always amazed at people who have no regard for others and are so involved with themselves that forget there are others around them. In this case taking so much time away from others' chance to photograph the mural.
ReplyDeleteThanks Camellia. It was an eye-opener as I am sure the couple saw that we were waiting patiently for our turn but they chose to hog the place! But I am pleased I got my shot.
