If pets count as nature, here is the picture. I took it while cycling through a village near Salzburg, Austria. The kitty was kind enough to look into my iPhone lens before it ignored me and went its way.
Thanks a lot, Tom. It is not always convenient but a good idea to „look” a pet straight in the eyes. Most of the time it does not work, unfortunately, because I cannot keep animals still. Some of these pictures worked, though. I will post more of these when I come home from my trip.
Thanks Tom, thanks Jovi. For a bout a minute it moved slowly and steadily (dos a cat), so J could quickly jump off the bicycle and try photographing it.
Thanks, Peter. I read an article about photographing pets long time ago. They wrote that rule number one was to get to its eye level. Not always easy but it really works

This is a really nice portrait of that cat. Getting down low to take the picture was a great idea.

DeleteVery pretty cat.
ReplyDeleteThat is why I could hardly call it „nature”.
DeleteCool cat capture
