The Great Perth Kilt Run

This year was the first time since Covid that the Perth Kilt Run was held and it was truly a fun experience.  There were no requirements of prowess, simply you had to wear a kilt.  There was a 2 - 4 years race, a one mile race and an eight km race.  All ages and body types welcome.

Many, many different types of kilts!

There was entertainment which required a technician...

Performers played to an appreciative audience...

 Dancing...

 And even a petting zoo!

The youngest participants were very young indeed...

The longest race had its 1,500 runners led to the start line by a pipe band...

 And they are off!

 And finally the post-race cooldown...
