Thanks Nancy! I masked out the large blossom and the red breaking bud while applying a soft glow to the rest of the image. This is a case where Ai masking doesn't work - it has to be done by with a masking brush.😊
Really nice editing. I have a sweet 35 lensbaby that is supposed to achieve somewhat this kind of sharp/softness capture. I have not tried it on flowers, your post has inspired me to try.
This is an interesting work of art. This is what I would like to achieve - clear and sharp flower and petals and the rest, soft and dreamy!

ReplyDeleteThank you so much! I usually use my Helios for the soft focus, but only on close ups. ON1 PR does a great job, in two clicks, on images like this.😁
