Sunday: Monochrome

Bench in the Snow

Images Exposed Daily Photo Challenge

Sunday Monochrome: This photo was taken a few years ago while walking from my car to my office on campus. There had been a light dusting of snow and it was cold. You can see the still-light coating of snow in the far fields. This bench and this view has now been replaced due to the need to re-landscape for proper drainage. It was a nice view, at the time.

  1. Nice one! The b & w on top of the bare trees really gives a feeling of cold. It's cool how the vegetation, the grassy areas, and the sky make alternating stripes across the background.
