Good catch. I like it a lot. It's an interesting view, and the tones, textures, and shapes are perfect for monochrome. If it were me I'd do something about the distraction from the area of white at the top and the small white sign (?) at bottom.
I feel like it can't handle any cropping; instead I'd try to darken the white areas or clone them out. (Peter, I hope you don't mind us meddling with your perfectly fine photo. We're snowed in and can't help getting in trouble. 😁)

ReplyDeleteA very nice intimate scene - it pays to "look far and wide but focus near and close". I agree a crop would be a nice touch.
