I've zoomed in a lot on this picture and still can't figure out what those guys are doing. Do you know, Tom? Great catch, they are doing something really interesting.
I did the same thing as Tom ...at first I thought they were trying to hang that sign up high, but the more I look, the less I believe that to be the case. Please solve this mystery for us Tom. 🙃

ReplyDeleteThey were creating bubbles with the wands, I tried to capture the whole thing with bubbles, the bubbles kept popping the minute they left the wand
