Wednesday People

A quiet afternoon at Robert's Western World, a legendary Nashville honky tonk.  This was the week after New Year's, and downtown was uncharacteristically dead.  The tourists and conventions typically don't return until mid January.  Up by the front door the band is setting up on the little stage by the window.

    1. Please! Only tourists (especially bridesmaids) wear cowboy boots and Stetsons. 😁 And the occasional bartender (see the photo).

    4. I should have mentioned that Robert's is known for their Recession Special plate with fried bologna sandwich, chips, minature Moon Pie, and a PBR for $6. Pretty good!
