They can have specular highlights with the wrong lighting. For this one I used overhead room lights in the kitchen and my cell phone. No hot spots and computational photography of the mobile make this an easy shot - and quick, too. I would never use the Samsung for this kind of shot outdoors because you can't control the aperture on a mobile.
