I don't know what you've done (studied it hard) but whatever you have, it works very well. Can't decide if it's a double exposure from a tv screen or such or whether is it a reflection.
You're in the ballpark. A local graphics company has large photos such as this face layered onto their window glass. The trees are a reflection in the window. This was the same day, in the same office park, as the waiting room picture I posted on Wednesday. It was late on a weekend afternoon when no one was about.
