I have no clue either 🤣🤣. It's one of those "let your mind go and..." A little of this and a lot of that and voila! But in all honesty...I was playing with the "bluristic" app which then led me to some craziness in photoshop. It is a composite of three photos ( 2 with bluristic and one normal shot)
The light and the distracted pier is what caught my eye. I am not a big fan of ICM or anything in that category but I wanted to play with the bluristic app so I ended up with this.

DeleteArtistic. Beautiful light. My favorite oddity is the center pier that looks like a boat.
