I was up and early that day and walked around to see the area before the restaurants opened up for business ... and the blue collar workers were preparing to eat their breakfast before heading off to their work.
To be honest, it wasn't that dark. The trash truck has yet to do the rounds and there were too much trash to delect so, I darken the photo. Thank you, Tom.
